Self-Identification Campaign
Feeling seen, valued, and accepted.
Campaign development for the Massachusetts Commonwealth self-identification initiative, introduced by the Human Resources Division, helping to create a more inclusive workplace for all.
The final campaign included concept development based on an in-depth discovery process. Several concepts were researched and tested before moving forward with this feel-good strategy. Deliverables spanned across digital for web, print posters + banners, alongside supplemental materials.
